While the group was chatty, you spend your time searching around. Both for items, but mainly just to protect and try to see if this area was safe. Which is luckily enough, seemed to be! while you look around you find  70 Coins and a Lost Relic. Those are a lot of coins. But its seems like your Golden tablet thinks otherwise, as it brings you another 3 Coins! Due to Light of Torona, you find an additional Quartz Shard.

Perhabs you joined more just to protect the others rather than searching. But While you scan the surounding for potential dangers, you can as well look for some stuff cant you? yeah you can. VE: Returning HomeNoca Pines was just in view. If anything, they had already crossed into its border, and were slowly making their way farther in. During their travels back toward it, they had seen the sun only briefly. But it was back to cloud-cover above the forest, and the atmosphere felt dreary and cold.
Their day had already been longer than any of them anticipated. Although Ultumi still carried on with barely any energy lost, her company was beginning to lag a little behind her. She didn't hurry on ahead, or intentionally leave them behind. But she was sure to glance back on occasion, just to make sure that they were still there, and holding up. By now, she was getting more, and more worried each time that she looked. It wasn't easy to tell if Glyn had slowed down because he himself was tired, too, or if it was for the benefit of Krosis. But the Coal Vesper's steps had slowed to a staggering crawl compared to the beginning of their journey, and it was clear that his joints ached.

VE: Beach Day 2Between all of their hunted and gathered items, their meal had been surprisingly filling. What wasn't as surprising, was that out of all three of the Vespers, Ultumi had eaten the most. Her appetite far surpassed even Glyn's, whose own was mostly average despite his size. To say nothing of Krosis, who picked only at scraps. But he enjoyed the tea given to him by Estelle and Derya along the way, and shared it with the others. Despite the peculiar chill growing in the air around them, it gave him enough of a comforting boost, to continue on.
Over time, it was clear that the sky had been gradually darkening. All three of them glanced upward on occasion, to check on the approaching clouds that towered high into the atmosphere. Krosis learned fast, not to doubt years of travelling experience, just because there weren't any clouds at the time. He suspected that a storm might've been on its way hours earlier. Misty waves, and churning navy blue depths, had been obvious signs. But he paid them

entering a dark cave, the rumors of a god den, it surely was a mysterious place wasn't it? A place for adventures and after the storm broke out.. a welcome dry place for sure. But the cave was becoming unsettling wasn't it? maybe it wasn't the best idea to come here. As the cave opened up and you came into an even stranger place.... yeahhhh might be better to turn around and leave as fast as possible again. But luckily even the storm vanished and you all could return to the surface. And to end the day with a search along the water in hopes the storm might have brought nice things!

VE: Beach Day"Are you almost ready to go?" Ultumi wasn't exactly the impatient type. But she still hovered near the outer edge of her open den in wait, and looked on expectantly. It wasn't as though they'd been planning this for months. But it was a plan nonetheless, and she was looking forward to it. "Krosis is supposed to be here any second now."
"Almost," Glyn assured. He sat near the back of the overhang that they both called home. Behind their makeshift bed, an open chest waited in front of him, where he deposited a few of his adornments. Carefully, he unwound his translucent scarf from his neck, folded it neatly, and set it down inside. The ring that he normally wore on his front right paw soon followed, as he went on quietly. "Can't say I fancy the idea of getting these full of sand."
His partner nodded in agreement. If she wore anything special, she probably would've done the same. "Yeah, fair point."

VE: Noca Pines Quest - Ultumi, GlynThe night felt heavier than most. Normally, Noca Pines was inviting, if a little neutral. The sound of frogs, insects, and nightbirds, was completely average and expected. But this time, the moonlight felt ominous, the crickets and amphibians seemed uncertain, and the birdcalls sounded judgemental. It was as if a heavy, unseen mist had crept in and choked their surroundings, and made everything foreign.

Fortunately you found the pups, safe from harm, but you later noticed something hidden in the golden grass. It was a stone tablet, coated in a gold sheen with ancient runes carved in the surface. Immediately one of the pups approached and mentioned something about the object—this was something they had noticed several days before but paid no mind to it—except now it was on the opposite side of the Plains. And it looked like it was glowing now that you were there…maybe this object was meant for you.
