The Templar Acolytes are an elite unit of the Scutari Empire. Formed of battle Psykers in-training, from the various Cults of the Empire. Learning to use their combat Psychic powers against their enemies. Low level Psykers with some limitations as independent Psykers, but in a combined unit with fellow Acolytes, their powers are amplified making them somewhat threatening to other esteemed Psykers, like Arch Pyros of the Pyro Empire, Star-seers and Psi-seers of the Radian Senate and even the Priests and Priestesses of the Disciples of Babylon. The Templar Acolytes are not afraid to make use of various weapons to focus their power through. They aren't as vulnerable in combat then similar forces of other powers, and must be taken seriously, like all Psykers.
