So here's another screenprinting project that definitely did not turn out the way it was supposed to.

WHICH, I ONLY JUST NOW REALIZED, IS BACKWARDS.
I don't know HOW this happened, but the screen somehow picked up a design that I printed earlier inside the deer, and now the deer has sideways cats inside of it. I would actually almost like this if it didn't have the big black splotches where the design kind of fell apart.
well, I've given up on trying to understand this!
After all of this semi-failure printing, I hope I can actually make something nice in this class...

Do not be silly, this is gorgeous! I love everything about it from the colours, the textures and the strange patterns that fill the deer. One of my bosses at the tattoo shop liked it a lot as well (there tends to be a lot of art browsing in between clients and I thought she might enjoy your style) I love the way the antlers look like tree trunks and the lanterns hanging from them are a nice touch too. I absolutely adore that face too, it looks like a mask. Gorgeous job!

I never would have even guessed that those cats were a mistake, nor was anything else in this image accidental.
Everything looks very planned out, and I actually love the cats!
I also like the texturing up top, and the colors that you used.
