You can thank ~Blissening for my sudden surge of Rarity stuff lately.
Anyways, when I saw this vector I felt a spotlight kind of scene would be perfect. I was tearing my hair out trying to figure out what more to add. It just seems too plain, but maybe that's a good thing. A lot more simplistic than I usually do.

Vsion: The way the light falls onto her is simple magnificent and the way sparkles fly around fits perfectly yet I too feel that the darkness is a tad but too empty :/ 4/5
Originality: Personally I haven't seen something similar done for a pony yet the spotlight effect on a character is used from time to time 4.5/5
Techniques: The lights fall perfectly the sparkles and effects the reflection everything at least in my eyes feels perfectly done 5/5
Impact: Now I am not very sure what this section of the critique is about but if it's the wow factor of some sorts even with the surrouding blackness it gives this wow perfectly plus it made me make my first critiques so 5/5

Overally it a pretty amazing wallpaper with the only small flaw that the blackness is a tad but too much but that is also up to the viewer cause many people prefer that kind of wallpapers

Yeah, I think the emptyness is going to come down to personal taste. Some people like the empty space for icons and whatnot, some don't.
