The commander of S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team, whom in reality, was a member of the Umbrella research staff working underground. After being killed by Tyrant, and enhanced T Virus injected in him revived him with superhuman abilities, and he has since worked against Umbrella to take it over as the supreme ruler. Inhuman and power hungry, Wesker will manipulate anybody in order to have his way. Chris and Jill have sworn to bring him down for his betrayal.
Wesker appears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a Spirit.
