A young practitioner of martial arts who is out to avenge the disappearance of his mother. As a child, he was born of and raised by Jun Kazama, who taught him martial arts. When she disappeared, he turned to his grandfather, Heihachi Mishima, who taught him Karate in his bloodline's style. However, Heihachi ultimately betrayed everyone, causing him to despise all with the name Mishima, including his father, Kazuya. Many years since then, he took over the company of Mishima Zaibatsu as CEO and began to seek global conquest by waging war on many countries and nations.

Jin appears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a Spirit, represented in battle by Kazuya. This Spirit can enhance into the Devil Jin Spirit.
