I looked it up.
Transmorphers is a straight-to-dvd movie with a rating of 1.8 on IMDB.
Digimon is a massively successful franchise which has spawned six anime series, some manga, a bunch of movies and numerous games. It has fans all over the world, has been broadcast in loads of different countries, and has been translated into several other languages.
I think it's safe to say that those two aren't exactly identical cases, don't you?

You used the phrase TL;DR (and didn't even remember the semi-colon), you capitalise entire words, and you repeatedly forget that a sentence is supposed to start with a capital letter... and according to your profile you live in the U.S., so you don't even have the excuse of having English as a second language.
I think it's safe to say that, of the two of us, I'm not the one who has trouble understanding things.
Your point is that since Transmorphers is a ripoff of Transformers, which was made previously and was vastly more popular, Digimon must also be a ripoff, as it's anime began after Pokemon's and its fan-base is smaller.
Though even if we ignore the Digimon V-Pet (a game about monsters fighting at the behest of their trainers which was around years before both animes), your point still isn't a particularly great one.
After all, by your logic V for Vendetta is a ripoff of MacBeth; the latter was published before the former, Macbeth is much more well known, the country's leader is murdered by the eponymous character in both, and that character is himself dead by the end.
Just because two things share some features, it doesn't mean that one was intentionally stealing ideas from the other.
