This is a wonderful portrait! The light and shadows are well done and the likeness is uncanny. I'd suggest to try working more in values when doing skin wrinkles. The solid lines stand out too much around his eyes, and kind of break the spell of lifelike in my opinion.
You've got a talent for portraiture and it really shines through in this one!
