Geez, I've been a busy girl haven't I? 2 deviations in one day?
This is for my new friend *Bam-Bam-2006 for... uhh... just because!
She REALLY likes Katara. Anyway, I really like Katara's new outfit! It's pretty cool, what with the bracers and all the what-not going on...
Oh, and I've been trying to figure out how to do water... still <<;; ... so this is my latest technique *cough* fudging *cough* ... tell me what you think!
