This is Video, a Superhero character of mine from the game Champions Online. He was originally created back in City of Heroes.

Video is a Robotic Cowboy who was first created back in 2004 and has been my main character since on any Super Hero game. To answer the question, yes, he did Kill the Radio Star, but Radio Star has been re-made as a cyborg that now challenges Video on a constant basis. And yes, that is a power cord, not a tail.
