Alllll of highschool. Well, till senior year. Then I wigged out for realzies in front of a couple of abusive jocks...in a psychology class of all classes. The whole class respected me after that, surprisingly enough. >.>

Ahhh you too. I got strong hints when I was able to avoid drowning in a rip tide in 5th grade, but it was proven as not a simple fluke when someone broke into the house and tried to pull a knife on me n' dad. I only screamed when they started kicking me while dad was pinning them down to get the freaking 911 operator to not put me on hold AGAIN and actually get police out to us before we ran out of strength to hold them down.
It took me a while to remember/prepare for the time that's needed to crumple and recover later. But it has proven helpful
