Description It's been long since I read any wot now... I can't wait till the next book is translated to swedish... should come sometime this year.

I heard earlier today that Robert wasn't very well and it scares me :S He can't die before he's finished wot!

Now for the picture. This is an old drawing (I asked my sis to send over all my old art I've sent her during all years since I lost all my art a year ago.) So well, I just got the jpg (who sends psd's to their friends to look at?) but this is a refreshed version of my moirainedrawing. Bigger nose, bigger chin, more colors and fixed alot of stuff, eyes, mouth etc. Done around the time I did Nynaeve and Aviendha (around 2004 I think)

Anyway here you go
Refreshment made in photoshop cs with a wacom and took about an hour

I wot

This makes me want to read the prologue (however it's spelled). The second I finished that book I felt like opening it again and start over!

Ah, this is actually how I envisioned her to look like. Beautiful and elegant yet powerful all the same. Love the way you did her hair.

The fur is down very well, and I like the pose of her head, but Moiraine has dark blue eyes... That's just me being picky tho!

Oh thanks
It's been so long since I read the book and drew the picture, I actually don't remember. (maybe they've translated it differently to swedish)

She looks very elegant! I love the fur around her collar, it looks so bushy and soft. Nice job with her up-do, I like the highlights in her hair. I also like how you have colored her skin with the slight touches of rosiness here and there.

So, what exactly is wot? World of....?

Question: is english your second language? cuz if it is, you write it pretty darn good

She looks ageless to me

It's so weird ... I've been learning french since first grade, but I can't use it near as well as you do english *shrugs*

vild In reply to Kenthayle [2006-03-30 22:05:17 +0000 UTC]

Yup it is. As a matter of fact we have a first language in sweden, called swedish mwahaha!

But we read alot of english, and hear it. We don't dub stuff like they do in france or germany. We start learning when we are in 4th or 5th grade and for the next hmmm 8-9 years, so there's alot of time to learn it

But thank you very much!

Though, I keep pondering over if the looks too young or if she has that ageless look.
