It looks like your understanding of color theory has gotten better, making the second one look much more appealing. The first one kinda looks dull and grey by comparison. On top of that, her anatomy now has a nice flow that guides the eye and gives an impression of three dimensions. The first one's pretty flat and stiff--especially in the face. There're also some general improvements to the shading, line art, and character design. If If had to suggest anything, it's that you try some more painterly styled art since your cell shading already seems good. Maybe even branch out and make some pieces that don't use human figures as the subject (ie., creatures, machines, vehicles, buildings, environments, and so on).

Thank you so much for the nice comment! I actually have three styles, one mail style,(the one I used here) one semi realistic (more painted looking) and one chibi like. But I thought that since I used my main style in the older one comparing my main style now would have the most interesting result. And I do actually draw things that doesn't use humans but I don't post it, so thank you, I will try to post more things like that!
