Stan lived with his roommate Jeff. The two knew met in college and moved into an apartment together. Stan's friends were a little younger than him, meeting them in his senior year of high school when they were freshmen. They were good friends and still often hung out together, but was seen as the mature one of the group. "Hey Jeff want to watch a movie tonight?" Stan asked his roommate. "Uh, sure, how about something light though, like a comedy or something." Jeff replied. "Sure thing!" Stan said as he looked around for a movie to watch. He found a copy of Marmaduke and decided to watch that. He put in it the DVD player and awaited Jeff to finish making popcorn and getting drinks. As he did, he began to felt sick. He went into the bathroom as his whole body felt bizarre. Stan looked in the mirror and saw he had long hair that reached down to his shoulders.

Stan saw his facial hair retreat into his skin as his skin became smooth. His eyebrows thinned and his eyelashes grew. Stan's nose became softer and more petite and his lips went into a permanent pout. Mascara and lipstick appeared on his face. Stan looked at the reflection in shock of what happened. "What's going o-" he stopped, grabbing at his throat as his voice took on a higher pitch. "I don't-" Stan stopped upon hearing a perfect girly voice. Changes continued as more of his body hair fell out, replaced by smooth skin and slender figure. Stan's arms became much more slender as they lost muscle. His fingers became dainty as purple nail polish was applied to them.

Stan's chest began to push out and formed to mounds. This kept on going until they reached D-cup sized breasts. Stan looked down to have his vision covered by his new cleavage. "This can't be real." Stan said out loud. He put his hands on them the softness sent a wave of sensation through him, confirming they in fact belong to him. This aroused Stan a bit, after all, he had a male mind. Changes continued as his waist thinned and hips curved out. Stan's rear became larger and rounder as they took on a feminine form. Then, Stan's arousal left him as his male organ retreated back into him, transforming into ovaries and other organs for females. Stan's DNA re-wrote itself as it made everything proper for a female, and changed his Y chromosome to an X one, finalizing his gender as female. Stan's legs became slender as her feet became smaller. Purple nail polish applied to her toes finished off her changes.

Stan looked at herself in the mirror. Seeing the female in the mirror perform her movements. She couldn't believe it. Stan's tank top she was originally wearing was much more tighter, and it revealed much of her new breasts. Her boxers were very baggy as well as her shorts. Stan moved her hands over her new curves, feeling her entire body. It was so foreign to her, after all, she was a man not too long ago. "This has got to be some kind of joke, or a dream...yes a dream! Must be!" Stan assured herself. "I'll just let myself stay like this, I've always wanted to know what being a girl was like." she thought. Stan returned to the room with Jeff waiting on the couch. "Hey dear. you ready?" Jeff asked. "Of course, darling." she said, knowing she was really a man with a smug voice. Jeff hit play as Predator started to play. "I thought we were doing something light?" Stan asked. "Don't be silly Susan, you know today was a big day, our first date was this movie, so I felt it appropriate. After all, I am the luckiest man in the world!" Jeff said. Stan didn't know what he was talking about, "I guess I'm Susan for now, might as well get used to it Susan!" she told herself. They watched the movie, but Jeff comment kept bugging her. "I got to take a bathroom break." Susan told Jeff, "Alright sweetie." he replied. Susan locked the door and sat down to use the bathroom. The whole feeling was so strange to her. "At least I don't have to aim, hehe." she thought to herself. Susan put her hand on her head when she felt something wrong. She looked at her hand to see a wedding ring on it. "Oh my god we're getting married." Susan thought to herself. "Alright, this dream is weird enough, I know it's a dream, so I'll just return everything to normal." she thought. She tried and tried but to no avail did she change. Susan tried about every trick to wake yourself up from a dream only to remain on the toilet. "This isn't good! I can't marry Jeff!" she thought. "Maybe I'll change back after all of this movie business." she thought as she returned to the room. "Welcome back wifey!" Jeff said happily. This time Mean Girls was playing. "What happened to Predator?" Susan asked. "Well, I know this is your favorite movie, and we did just get the big news!" Jeff said.

Susan and Jeff watched through Mean Girls. About half way, Susan decided to start on her drink. She was expecting some kind of alcohol, but surprised when it was only water. "Why did you get me water, why no wine or something?" Susan asked. "Are you crazy? You can't have that, you know that. You should also probably go change into your clothes, so your used to wearing it." Jeff said. "Uh, yeah...right, let me go do that." Susan responded, going back into the bathroom. When Susan walked in, she saw her clothes start to change. Her tank top and shorts morphed into a dress as it turned black. The bottom extended to her shins. When Susan looked in the mirror she saw a maternity dress on her. 'But that means thought..Oh my. I-I-I'm pregnant! With Jeff's child!" Susan screamed in her mind. "Alright, stay calm, if this is real, I got to keep the baby safe." Susan said, some motherly instincts kicking in. She returned to the room to be greeted with Frozen on the screen now. "The babies developing ears now, it'll probably watch this a lot, so get used it now right!" Jeff told his wife Susan. "Yeah...Of course. Bathroom again, you know how pregnancy is." Susan said as an excuse to get away. "Of course, I'm here for you through this!" Jeff said.

Susan closed the door. She just looked at her new self for a long while. Less than an hour ago she was a guy, now she was a married pregnant woman. She was starting to panic. "Why is this happening? This isn't a dream, it's a real nightmare." Susan thought to herself. She actually looked around the bathroom for the first real time, finding much more feminine products replacing his original supplies. Then, Susan's stomach began to feel weird. She looked down to see her belly becoming much larger and rounder. Her breasts became larger as they lactated. Afterwards, Susan now properly fat into her dress. She felt pain at her stomach as a developing fetus grew inside her, to roughly about 4 months pregnant. Susan was even more frightened now. She was full on pregnant, and didn't know what to do. As she was freaking out, she felt a kick at her belly. Susan put her hands down to her belly on instinct and rubbed it. "I don't know what to do..." she said to herself as she began to get angry. "Why me! What did I ever do!?" she yelled on the inside. After a bit of a breakdown, she calmed, but had to go to the bathroom, so she sat down. She noticed a bit of a difference with her new belly, as rubbed it with her hands. "I guess I'm going to have to get use to this huh?" Susan said to her unborn baby. "On the bright side, Jeff seems like a great husband and future parent. Maybe I can get along with this..." Susan said as she began to get up and wash up. She went into the other room to see Jeff awaiting her. "So, I know you got those cravings and all, so what sounds good?" Jeff asked. "Well, I have been wanting some pizza..." she responded. "No problem, I'll go and get one, stay here and relax, I know the load pregnancy can bring." he said as he left to buy a pizza.

Susan was left alone to explore her new life. She went around and examined pictures she had of her past. She found that she had always been female, born that way and grew up like one. Every birthday she had girly parties with Barbies and Hello Kitty as opposed to GI Joe and such. Looking at pictures it seemed like she was a bit of a girly girl. She still had the same friends she had when she was male. Her good friends Tonya, Elizabeth, and Lill and still had pictures together. There was this one time they thought it'd be funny if they lifted up their shirts for a picture on a ride, as a guy Susan just did a silly pose; now she joined in that, her shirt lifted up revealing her bra and the rest. When she tried to remember it, she could only think of it was her female self. So whatever caused this affected with her memories as a man. Susan still knew about her male self, but couldn't actually picture it. "Well I guess this is my life now, and maybe it's not so bad. Jeff is a great guy, and I got my precious little bun in the oven." Susan said in a motherly voice rubbing her pregnant stomach. Even though her mind wasn't different, it began to think more like a mother. "We are going to have some fun together little child." Susan said to her baby, as she thought all about the fun she and Jeff would have with their child. "This isn't so bad. Jeff cares for me so much, got a precious little gift on the way, and I mean, I get to live my life a girl! I always wanted to know what it was like, but now I get to truly experience it, and I mean every part of it, haha." Susan said looking at her belly.
