This boiling hot Lapras is La Cienega. Although, she is more often referred to as Lacie since there is a Lugia lady with the same name.

Unlike most Lapras, Lacie was not born in the sea. Instead she was born in the swamps. A land of crocs and gators, and deadly snakes. She may look like a lady with a gentle touch with her long elegant fingers and slow rhythmic motion, but she is actually one bad ass reptile wrangler. When somebody has a reptile problem, she is usually the one called to straighten things out. Occasionally, she can be seen taking her pet crocodile for a walk or swim. She also sometimes walks around with her boa constrictor hanging around her shoulders. Of course, she does have a gentle touch. When she feels like it.

She is also one Hell of a bluegrass banjo player as well as a very talented country chicken-picker with her vintage Tele.
