This was a request from ADSDSDSDSDSDSDSDSDSD.He asked for a sexy female anthro Lugia Tyranitar crossbreed with red eyes and a shuriken-throwing Ninja tattoo on her right shoulder.
Landry seems to be the only one I know of who fits ADSDSDSDSDSDSDSDSDSD's bill perfectly. She is from a species of Lugia called the Tyrant Lugia. These Lugia are generally larger and rougher looking than most other Lugia.
