Random! Well actually I've seen a few headdress photos running around over the years so I'm guessing its not that random.
Of course you could make up a metaphor and see its about the iniquity of the west and their oppression of the functionality of the female expression of individualism in regards to the cultural aesthetic of ambiguous ethnic backgrounds. Or something like that

i really like this one! the texture applied. makes it look like she was painted onto the wall. definitely can see this on a billboard somewhere..
