This is GIR, believe it or not.He is umm... bloody.
Yea...
For all that don't know, 'bloody GIR' was an episode that never aired on nickolodeon because it was too-- you guessed it-- BLOODY! So just to spite the nick guys, the producers of Invader Zim decided that every once in a while during a regular episode they would show a single frame of the bloody GIR episode (for only a millisecond).
That's the backround behind the GFX I made...
