This blend is just insane. It's rainbow coloured, for crying out loud! But it is rather interesting, and very different for me. ^_^Once again, it's mostly selective colouring, and the pictures are from stock.xchng, a Natalie Portman fansite, and the Snape pic is from ootpmoviepics @ livejournal.

I agree with Leigh, crop 30 pixels or so off the right side of the image since there's a bit too much black space. Also fade Hermi's head on the top, since the border cuts off a bit of her head.

Beautiful! All the blending and coloring is excellent! I can't even tell what much of the background is, but the whole concept making me want to read a story about it.
One or two minor things you could change - one is to cut an an half an inch or so off the right side (to balance better. Right now, that side of the picture is heavier because of all the black).
Also, the second Snape - the "little" Snape. I'm not sure what, but something bothers me a little. Maybe he should be blended into the background (like the Hermiones). At any rate, right now, it looks like he his attached to the side of the big Snape instead of BEHIND him.
I'm being really nitpicky, of course. I think it's gorgeous - and to have so many colors, downright amazing
