Hooooo boy. First-ever serious attempt at a Flash animation (and using Macromedia Flash 2008) so please don't be too harsh on it. This took me a very long time to do and I'm happy with how it ended up overall. Don't ruin that for me.Anyways, this is just a little something for my Sableye Only Run/Let's Play of Pokemon Emerald Version on YouTube. I figured since it has Gem in it and all I might as well use it as an excuse to show him off a bit and get some decent practice in Flash. I learned a lot over the month or two (maybe three) that it took to make this.
I made the music for this myself, too. It's an electronica remix of the R/S/E Elite Four battle theme, which is hands-down my favorite battle theme in the game. Made it using a MIDI file in Acoustica Mixcraft 5. It sounds WAY better with headphones on, by the way. So yeah, those of you who haven't been listening to my remixes or watching my LPs, maybe you'll consider it now. Please?
The random derp Zigzagoon probably won't make sense to anyone who hasn't actually seen the LP. The joke is that the Zigzagoon I use as an HM slave in the LP always seems to pick up the crappiest items evar in the game (and it does the same thing in my Pokemon Flora Sky LP).
If the video loops and the sound doesn't, then I'm sorry, because I have no clue how to fix that. However, this is also a YouTube video, so you might just watch it there instead. [link]

well yeah i had my stereo up to, so you should tone down the volume of this if its possable. but even if thats one little thing wrong it still doesnt mean its your fault. this is a great animation so i think he meant well.

That depends on a lot of things.
Levels? Stats? Abilities? Held items? Movesets?

both LV. 100, IV's all on attack and speed (with slight increase of HP), toxic boost for zangoose and keen eye with sableye (cus stall sucks), fist plate for zangoose, focus blast, close combat, crush claw and oder sence (or whatever that move is that makes a ghost type hittable by normal type moves) and you can pick the held item and moveset for sableye. OUO

The animation is really smooth! What really got me was the head turn Gem did when he looked at the derp dog thing. SO SMOOTH. Lol
(I think I'll probably notice this more than others because I'm an animator too. lol)
And the music matched perfectly too!! Nice remixing and timing on that! Seriously!
I have so much trouble making my music fit my stuff unless it was already made for the animation and I'm changing up characters. Like doing an intro to an anime with my own characters.

Thanks. I was hoping it'd turn out smooth enough at only 21 fps (I don't think I would've had the patience to do 24 fps). I actually did a lot of this by working backwards, oddly enough.
Pffft the music was the easiest part to make, and after using WMM to make so many AMVs, I've pretty much leanred that keeping the visuals in-sync with the music is the only way to make it really work without adding all kinds of crazy effects. that, and I pretty much planned this entire thing out by listening to the remix 50 times. This is the stuff I see in my head when listen to remixes |P
