Oh hello! It's been awhile since I've posted something :'D
I had been working on this one off and on, and finally tonight I had finished it! Wooohooo~
Drew Chi in her new hairstyle : P <3 hope ya like it.
The ruffles were a pain in the ass.

I really like the "misty" feeling over the entire drawing and how the bold red lipstick contrast to the other colors so well~ Love the new hair too, and I love how you colored it overall, lots of texture in the fringe, makes me want to touch it *touch touch* probably shouldn't, she looks like she'll rip my arm off if I try xD

The ruffles got really repetative but were just so nice to work on when I needed -something- to work on.
