My only problem is Adam was just getting interesting and they killed him off.

Which is why I won´t have him get killed off in my fic.
Still, if the Adam in my fic could see his canon counterpart, he´d be like "Yo buddy, wanna switch places?"
But I guess removing him from the story via Demolition Man-style cryo-prison is just as bad as killing him.
However, it allows me to write a 1000 Years Later spin-off where he wakes up a changed man and has to figure out how the world he ended up in works.
