Really beautiful!! I love the eyes and the lashes, especially how you did that stark white lighting that looks like it's really golden-toned if you look at it zoomed out. Very nice with the cool color palette on the skin; it contrasts nicely with the warmth of the hair color, so as to give it a nice array of shades. I think with a warm skin palette, it would have looked too warm, so this is perfect. Then the warm lighting on the cheeks brings in the red in just the right amount, maintaining that nice balance of shades.
