Alright, this is an old one. I started this picture last semester and for some reason... I never finished it! Until now. After stumbling upon it about a week ago, I decided to go out of my way to ink it in! I don't draw Destoroyah in his other forms very much, so I wanted to do an image that incorporated all of his forms as well as the Oxygen Destroyer itself.Related content

Actually, I did not. I used to use Micron. Now I use Fiber Castell pens.

Destroyah is truely the ultimate badass, and I shudder to think what would happen if he would team up with hedorah

I'm really loving the stippled shading and your mastery of contrast is as impressive as ever! The poses are really great too, the foreshortening really makes it dynamic
The only thing I can think to critique is the blue sketch lines that are visible in the fullview, they can be a little distracting, but a quick google search on a half remembered technique to remove them from my graphic design class has lead me to this: [link]
I dunno if it's really useful to you or how much you touch up your traditional pieces in photoshop, but I thought that might be helpful in the future

Thank you! I'm glad the stippled shading came out well, the original drawing didn't have any of that, but I thought it looked too 'plain' with the normal shading and I wanted to get a sense of texture, since Destoroyah's hide is comparable to that of a crustacean shell. As for the blue lead, I really did try to make it go away completely..... but I was unable to.

This is outstanding!!! Possibly one of the best pieces I have ever seen of my favorite Godzilla kaiju, my favorite part is definitely the bubbles jettisoning out of the Oxygen Destroyer, so much detail!

Thanks! And I honestly don't know. I think I just forgot about it. I was looking over a stack of old drawings I had and we stumbled upon the uninked version of this and we just thought "Why didn't I ever finish this drawing?!" so I decided to ink it in. Better late than never.

There aren't really any others. If I have a drawing that is unfinished, there is usually a good reason I never complete it.
