Here is Mr No-Face, the information broker from Zero's gang . I had lots of inspiration taken from Slenderman and Virus (from DMMD) and classy businessmen. Like, i also just rly like suits, and designing them! No-Face doesnt rly have a villain outfit cause he's doesn't fight, but work in other areas of handling a criminal gang.
((I changed the lining on their pants to yellow from blue, it looks a lot better now. Also writing the bio took me longer than the pixelitself i dieee))

Looking at No-Face's blank face allows No-Face to alter their victim's mermories, or even erase them fully. Working on memories takes time and large amounts of concentration, so No-Face does require time to do what they want. They also must know what they want to alter, and to what, because if the memory has loose ends, the original memory can come back trough the alteration. Also working on memories of strong willed people (especially on matters they deeply care about) is very hard, and drains a lot of No-Face's energy. A physical contact, ie. hands on victim's face, eases somewhat working process.

No-Face has learned trough trial and error how to efficiently alter memories (which is a lot easier than removing them), but later on they also find a way to add new, fake memories into victims' head. This is harder than altering, but easier than removing. Thanks to their quirk No-Face has incredible memory themselves, but they sometimes do get blanks on things if No-Face catches a glimpse of their own face trough a mirror, or if they have overworked their quirk.

♦♦ History and Early Life ♦♦

No-Face was born into a high middle class family, and went to a private school. Their childhood was rather normal for a person who can alter memories. High expectations from Oboto's parents made them to work very hard for good grades and social standing, but if hard work didn't pay off - or a give a result good enough - tricks on memories usually worked out. Constantly having a back up to fix mistakes or gain better results made Oboto very needy for perfection in actions, to them destination matters more than the journey. Oboto eventually had stopped caring about the rules most of the time, only focusing on their goals. They moved out on a young age to have fuller control on their own life - to Oboto sort of caring parents seemed overbearingly protective and controlling.

Oboto took on a name No-Face to work underground, they realized that new oppoturnities were waiting. Also being easily forgottable started getting onNo-Face too. Doing something remarkable would leave No-Face into people's memories. Many years went into underground life and when it became the primary source of income, Oboto cut all ties to their life and started only using No-Face. After some years, No-Face came into contact with Zero. After a rocky start No-Face ends up helpong Zero keep up her gang economically.

Mr No-Face is currently working for Zero as a glorified accountant. But they do also collect and share information, and does sometimes work for othe villains. Even though No-Face wants to stay out of fights and stay detached he has attached to Zero and Venomiss a little, seemingly working more to ensure their safety and well-being. The feeling of this kind of kindness has been long lost to No-Face, but they decided they enjoy the feeling of family.
