This does look very unhealthy and extremely ugly. That is not how the human body is supposed to look. His body will never be able to endure long hard work. Especially his arms and legs look very ugly.

You are entitled to your view (as are we all) but I think you ignore the fact that this guy has worked very hard and made huge sacrifices to achieve this incredible physique, effectively, as a work of physical art. Also the photographer has taken time and skill to explore and present this in a way that acknowledges the athlete in the best possible way. This is, after all, just one piece of the diverse art available here in DA - maybe we should look at it in that way and expand our horizons rather than just say that things are 'ugly'. Just my thoughts though...
