More practice basically, he had lips coloured before, but then it was too girly lol

slowly trying to draw a more realistic style
although still an anime style, lol
(well except for another project I'm working on that requires a more cartoony look)

yeah, I've been trying to get away from the anime/manga style myself (except for studio ghibli's work, which I absolutely love ^^ )

Yeah mainstream style is too common, seeing it everywhere
But yet again Realism is pretty common too lol
So yours looks like a mix between things and it's something different to look at
