Beautifully written Michelle, I think the saying "Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all" is very true - although it sometimes ends in heartache, some memories that are left behind are lovely (the horrible ones we can do without though!!) Still, it's hard to know who we can trust with our heart - sometimes we just need to trust our instincts
