Description
Child of the Gorgon, Medusa, Chrysaor was born from the death throes of the monster that the former goddess had become. In spite of being spoken of as a man in myth, Chrysaor was in fact a petite girl with a great resemblance to Medusa herself, wielding a modified sword from of the scythe, Harpe, as she grew older. Her appearance is due to the wish of Medusa as she perished, her long-held desire to match her siblings in appearance resulted in her daughter's small stature.

While she is of a more human nature than the Gorgon, Chrysaor is not entirely an existence that can be called "human" either. This is exemplified by her sharing of the same eyes as the Gorgon sisters once held. Indeed, this nature eventually lead to the birthing of the Mother of Abominations, Echidna.

However, in spite of being both the child and progenitor of monsters, Chrysaor was undeniably a heroic figure who did all she could for those around her.

Perhaps this was due to a last wish of Medusa's so that something good could come of her existence.
