The colors you used here are just great.
The dark is very cleverly used here. Creates a mysterious atmosphere.

Whow ! IΒ΄ve got a wintergarden and so I have about 150 cacti. Most about them I love their different bizarrly shapes. For instance, I have a blooming Selenicereus Grandiflorus and a blooming Leuchtenbergia Principis. IΒ΄m very proud of it.

My cacti stays in a balcony.... But I leave it in my hometown in sicily... now I'm leaving in tuscany :Β°(
I love the Astrophytum ornatum, cephalocereus senilis, echinocactus and other beautiful species

Y'know what I love? Here and with the other (the floral garden entrance painting) you've shown that a centrally focused image works spectacularly when created correctly. Many believe (and TEACH!!) that this isn't possible. I just think it's hard to do...

it looks like the pastels on black paper that you have done lately, for the first painting it has a great glow and luminous quality like life just blazing away during the night....(that may not make sense...sorry) I like it.
