woa, I'm in a heavy Harry potter flash. went to read all the books again...no, not really I'm too lazy to read them all. I hear the audio book.Neville and Luna: becuase i believe they could be a nice couple. though not long lasting. but - they are cute.
Hermione: yay, yule ball dress. i drew it blue, as how it is in the book, not the movie.
Viktor: first, his robe war red, but that way he looked like santa without his white beard, so i made it brown.
Pansy: because i imagine her as a very jealous type, and her hair rocks. (its just a sketch of her, and i imagine her a little bit more chubby...)
Neville Longbottom, Luna Lovegood, Hermione Granger, Viktor Krum and Pansy Parkinson belong to the awesome world of harry potter, owned by JK Rowling...she's some lucky woman
EDIT: i have drawn Neville, Viktor and Pansy for the first time x)

Yay for blue and not pink!! Everyone else looks really great, too. I adore Luna, and I like the slightly more mature look you gave her, here. As a Slytherin, I can honestly say Pansy is a jerk, and you've drawn her so well! Yeah, I pictured a little thicker too, but not heavy. And yes, I'm not sure why they made Durmstrang students in red outfits, nor why they decided the Durmstrang was only boys and Beauxbatons was only girls. Oh well, the movies were weird but fun. Anyway, I also like your Krum.

Viktor's robe was red only in the films. I don't think the books specified the color of Durmstrang's robes, so you can make it any color you want.

in the films hermiones dress is pink, so I think it is quiet ok to have viktor wear a simple brownish everyday coat

Personally, I thought it was a bad idea for them to put Hermione in pink and Viktor in red. They clashed something awful! The periwinkle blue gown Hermione wore in the book would have gone much better with the red Durmstrang robes created for the film.

Thought so too. Plus the pink made her too "girly". It was already a big step for Hermione to wear a dress, a bit of Makeup and have her hair done. That colour turned her "transformation" from pretty female to girly chick.

I assume they had one costumier thinking, "The Durmstrang boys will look sexy and dramatic in red," and a different costumier thinking, "Hermione will look cute and feminine in pink," but no one was thinking about what the completed picture would look like when Viktor and Hermione danced together.
