In my AU, Dove runs away in The Last Hope bc everyone sucks & she's crumpling under the stress, her love triangle implodes, and the kits are born way earlier. Light & Pounce have different dads & Shadow takes too much after his mom for anyone to tell. Sunbeam & her littermates are also born earlier than canon bc of separate reshuffling of the timeline (don't look at the wiki events timeline it's atrocious to look at). Blaze is also older, & he joins the Clans at a different date.

Light is still a disaster. She & Blaze get married earlier but broke up, & he got custody of Birch & Rowan who are now their kits.

A bunch of names will change; Light & Pounce are going to be the ones with opposing names while Shadow can keep his, he's special.
