My OC, named after the bird that inspired her design. 8D I'm really starting to like Overlay layers. They're like cheat codes to atmospheric shading. Including a bio of her below so beware!

Name: Grackle
Age: 18
Sex: female
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 109 (why yes she is quite underweight. c: )

Personality
Calm, monotone, gentle, can appear apathetic but is very sypathetic. Easily hurt, experiences frequent depressive lows. Can be suicidal. Does not have any goals, dreams or aspirations. Although it is very rare, Grackle can sometimes become manically suicidal, and in such cases may need to be physically restrained.

Bio
Grackle grew up as a single child in an affluent family, and never had to work for anything when she was young. Her parents absolutely cherished her, and would pamper her to no end with all kinds of gifts, trinkets and toys. She never had an opportunity as a child to learn the satisfaction of hard work, and became completely engrossed and obsessed with all kinds of material things.
However, one day, her parents mysteriously vanished. Unbeknownst to Grackle, they had left to discuss negotiations for a grandiose birthday gift, and never returned. Grackle quickly became aware of the importance of the significant amount of money her parents had left her, understood that her supply would inevitably run out, and began to live a very stingy, humble life.
In spite of her improved lifestyle, Grackle's parents' disappearance took a huge emotional toll on Grackle, and she, who had only learned to experience joy through material things, quickly spiraled into depression. She became aware of the grander scheme of life, and couldn't bring herself to care about anything. With no motivation, goals, aspirations or ability to feel emotional rewards, her physical and mental state deteriorated, and she even became suicidal.

One day, several weeks later, in a fit of desperation to see some greater value, Grackle decided to leave her house and get a change of scenery. It wasn't far from her house where she encountered Blittle (another OC), lying on the ground, alarmed, gripping a knife, emotionally and physically exhausted and covered in drying blood. Unable to think clearly through her shock and desperation, Grackle took it upon herself to take Blittle into her care. It would lead to the most emotionally rewarding friendship she could ever ask for.
