Description
Horus's daughter. Not quite happy with it, but I'm rarely happy with my art. See her story in my latest journal. The background here is rushed, because I leave at O' dark thirty on Sunday for the Burning Man festival in Nevada. Google it! I'll be gone for a week, but I'll check my messages when I get back.

khaosgurl's stuff is awesome, but not always exactly the same as the version of their stories that are in my head. But the variation is great. She thinks of things I wouldn't, and I really like reading or seeing other peoples' takes on the concept.

At first I thought that you meant that her back story is that she was rushed because she was leaving early to go to Burning Man (I'm tired and slightly dyslexic). Anyway, the thought of Hourus's daughter at Burning Man (and all the wonderful and terrible things that might result) made my day.
It's a beautiful work. I think it's fitting too...

Despite her regal appearance and clothing she feels approachable and almost welcoming despite the intimidating nature of her prestige and power. I imagine Horus himself radiated a similar aura pre-heresy.

Exactly- I imagine her, more so than many of the other Primarchs' children, to behave like a queen. She deals with chaos marines, and must use a mixture of her prestige, charm, and sheer charisma to maintain her power and influence in the Black Legion. She must make people like her and want to obey her, since she cannot force it through strength of arms.

Possibly, she could also have had a human mother or a human female gene-donor. The origins of most of the daughters aren't set in stone in my mind, except in a few cases.

In a way- Abbadon wasn't Horus's flesh and blood son (as far as I know), he just resembled Horus, like many in the legion. I would think he would consider her a sister, though.

Her clothes look amazing, but why doesn't she have any eyebrows? Or is it just me?
