Been so addicted to No Light No Light by Florence and the Machine. Must have listened to it like a bajillion times. Lyrics kind of fit Luna too in an odd way...at least how I imagine her whole transformation into Nightmare moon went.

Anyway this is a bizarre idea I had and then executed. If you haven't noticed I have been trying to push lighting in my work recently. Last one was lit from above, this was below. I really like the idea of anthropomorphic ponies who still retain pony attributes, so that's what I was going for here. I really like Luna and her whole possessed by Nightmare moon situation. If I ever did a comic or something that's what it would be about -- but I doubt that will ever happen.

Not sure how I feel about this...I like the colors. I feel like I am gaining a better knowledge about planes, and how lights affect them. Color looks better for once on my other monitor...looks weird on this screen for some reason.
