If it till can't open,you can try to download these two files,change the "--ä+" and "ä++˜" files in the "conf" folder. And name "動作" the 42.4kb and "行動" for the 10kb one.

Hey guys! Mine wouldn't work either and I had the lastest Java! But I have other shimejis on my computer that worked, so I figured it may just be a messed up file or something. I went to a different shimeji's "conf" folder and compared the two. The Hilson shimeji's XML documents don't work properly. I replaced them with two other XML documents from another shimeji, and now it runs perfect.
