Looks a little like Final from the graphic novel "Dreamkeepers". Don't be fooled by the name! She's evil, AND insane!

As far as being the last thing I see before I bleed out, that's not a bad view. 
The use of negative space with the curl of her tail might have been a bit better if the gap between body and tail was a bit bigger, but that's just nitpicking on my part. This is a darn hard pose to pull off and darn that blood ketchup puddle has such an organic shine to it! Brilliant work as always, madame!
