Wonderful work. There was a time when girls went to the well to get water for the evening. This has a feel to it like a J. W. Waterhouse painting.

They are growing like weeds. Sometimes overnight. Its amazing. How are you guys? Is your little adopted birdy still doing well? Probably not so small anymore.

Newton flew away about a month ago and hasn't come back. Hopefully she figured out the eating bugs thing. She was the only grackle I've ever know to reject a french fry so...

Mine children would envy you. Me, after changing the cat litter, cleaning the rats cage and the snake cage and taking out the dog, well........ I still envy you a little. I love little critters but I have been told I'm not allowed to bring anymore home. I'll just have to live vicariously through you for awhile. You are doing a great thing!
