It has always been so! And since they invented 40% cocoa chocolate, even more so...

40% Cocoa? You know they make stuff that's up to 60%-80% cacao/cocoa. Like, extremely dark chocolate. But then, after about 60 it starts to taste kinda funny to me, but of course, I am not a chocolate fiend.
