Description
This one's going in my Scraps fairly shortly: but I'm putting it here for my husband, so he'll see it.and then I woke up one day
(or rather, I didn't wake up -
crawled to bed at four a.m.)
and there I was
hooked
addicted
using the drug, and having the drug
use me
and I thought
if we could talk
the drug and I
(if we weren't both hooked)
wouldn't we say
"we have to stop this
we have to stop this
we're killing each other..."
I'm sorry.
(As an afterthought, to make this perfectly clear for other viewers - my addiction is not related to any legal or illegal chemical substances whatsoever.)
