After a red rain, in a red forest, walks the wendigo. Human standards do not apply to him.

My first exchange for
Ohhh, did I ever have lots of fun with this. My very first exchange and I got the opportunity to draw someone else's wendigo character - *PatiLee 's Cyrus, to be precise. Thankyou for entering Cyrus into the exchange, *PatiLee ! He is wonderful and I truly hope you like my depiction of him.

He is both like and utterly unlike my own wendigo character, Riven, and I was just so delighted to be able to draw him I motored from initial pose sketch to full A4 watercolour within 24 hours (miracle).

Anyway. The exchange theme was colour, and *PatiLee wanted to see "bloody red and tone of his skin (in wendigo form)". Working within a limited palette was actually brilliant. I recommend it to anyone.
