My muse is: chaos, magic, and wildfire. A butterfly effect.Made for the contest over at GrimGloomTale - I hope I get this in in time!
Watercolour paint, some gouache.

Opacity is like one click in Gimp or Photoshop. I can't begin to imagine how much time you spent doing with watercolor! But the illusion is ASTONISHING. I wonder whether it feels more alive because it's watercolor.
Also, we've got to talk again someday!

I always feel that traditional artworks have more life. Maybe it's because they're rough around the edges? Or maybe I'm just biased because it's the only medium I can really do

Heh. Since all of my V4V projects are on hold now, I too think about you every now and then, in a sort of "I guess I joined her in the Never -Ending-Projects Club" way!
It took me all of February to finalize our department's costumes/accesoires for the carnival (and we won the first prize again!
