I'm the other person, but I'll tell you.
it's made out of strips of craft foamall connected to a piece of streachy lace and tied around her head. it's also got a few pieces of fake hair in there too. so really it'sjust a crazy hairpiece. crazah crazah.

It's more than just craft foam, though. It's speaker wire, and rexlace, and tubing, and plastic tie-downs, with synthetic braids and craft foam strips with holes punched in them and electrical tape wrapped around them, all attatched to a piece of stretch lace. They're worn over black dread falls that I also made myself. There's whole websites devoted to this stuff. C:
