New ink done earlier today by my buddy Jonas.I had no idea how bad getting your thumb tattooed would hurt. Especially down near the thumb nail. I think the tat ends about 1/4" from the nail. Yeah... kinda owwy.
So yes, anyone thinking of getting your fingers tattooed or your toes... be prepared for a lot of pain. It was kinda like slamming your finger in a car door repeatedly.

That's a really cool idea for a tattoo! But yeah.. I can totally understand it hurt the worst there... very thin skin, and close to the bones. :c But I hope the pain will be over soon.

its just kinda sore right now. Nothing compared to when he was doing the tat itself. He was explaining that you cant really go easy on the fingers because of where it's at. If you try to go easy, it's just not going to stay and you will end up with a mess.
I will not be doing the other fingers... i think that the experience dictates not going back to the well. LOL besides, I dont think it would work very well with the sparrow on the other hand
