but for todays challenge, MAKE A VILLAINNN for someone elses oc
so i chose to make a villain for MooseGutstheThird 's character Oddysia!

He's basically an evil fashion designer HAHA, a lot of mooses cdc story characters have really cool uniforms!! so i imagine this badguy makes them for every other villain. He's not that bad of a person (but he's very judgy of how stylish you look) BUT he will do/make anything that brings in a profit!!
