The inscription says "Cthulhu", right? It was easy to infer that because of the repeated letters. But I searched for a Sumerian alphabet anyways, and I found out that what you wrote is actually "ctzulzu". Why did you write it that way?

I give you credit for translating it....I guess the inscriber mixed up his H's with Z's. I made it years ago, Perhaps that's how the Sumerians said it
