I have a few of these including a full tang version that is combat quality but I'm afraid my cat could get hurt by it. so I use a foam LARP sword for my wall hanger.
I'm thinking of sand casting it in Bronze (Aluminum Bronze) with a high nickle content as it should be as strong as mild steel. What do think? Good idea?
Maybe with under 5% of iron added so it can be hardened..
