Description
Wooden sword props. There is almost NO medieval Saracen swords in the SCA back in the day.

When available the prices are very high. Medieval scimitars were straight like a broadsword.

So I carved three out of wood to look like they are in scabbards for any Saracen retainers I may travel with.

The skinnier two are 12-13th century styles copied from originals.

The wider one is 14th+ century and If real would be drawn from the side partially but I'm unhappy with it so I just hang it on my wall.

All made from a single wooden piece, and lots of chisel and sanding work.
