Hmmm... Interesting concept, I will say. The scythe, the mask over his whole face, all in all not bad. A little reminiscent over The Question and Clock King, a hero and villain Both similar to riddler. While the hat is a bit of a standard on him, this is not meant to be a standard. Good work.

You know, I'm a huge fan of your ability to pull off some of the craziest angles I've ever seen and make me initially wonder, "What the heck am I looking at?!" and then take the time to actually look and decipher the image. I like that!
Most of the times as I'm reading a comic or looking at an image I pretty much appreciate it for a couple seconds and move on. Your art makes me stop and ponder. Thanks and continue to bring the AWESOME!

Very intriguing, to say, and the art by all means is amazing, i just don't know how "Riddler" it is. For one, I can accept the mask, but not quite a full face mask, he's a rather pompous character any way you slice him, and likes to show off- besides you cant have a "riddler smile" without a mouth to show.
Second is the scythe.. it's just too scarecrow, and repeating weapon types isn't the best idea. Of course if you're version of scarecrow had a different weapon, then a scythe for the Riddler is jusst fine.
Again, the art is REALLY good, absoulutly beautiful to look at, that's just my constructive crtisism.

As the story of batman was retold time and time again, the riddler became steadily more and more insane. But to be completely honest, its his outfits minus jim carrey's costume that catch my attention....
Top hat and green/purple suit with question marks all over it.

I love everything about this, even the mask. It just seems right. If he's the Riddler, it seems like he would keep his entire identity secret.
But regardless, the scene is incredibly well done! Everything from the composition and placement, to the lighting and line quality. This feels like a still from a movie.

Wow, the costume is more or less down to earth, not completely covered in question marks, but just subtle hinting of them. The scythe is definitely something I didn't expect, and the mask over his face gives off a "Who the hell could it be under there?" feel. Seriously, I wouldn't expect Edward Nigma, who has a serious, "O, look at me, I'm the smartest ass around," to wear something like that, which makes this costume all the more badass. Bravo, VonToten, you have re-imagined my second favorite villain in style.

A very cool take on the Riddler and perhaps one of the best I have seen in a while. Stylish while mysterious. I can dig the mask since that personifies what a riddle is ... the unknown unexposed.

Thats a classy villain if I've ever seen one. He seems more quiet and composed, unlike the ones i'm used to seeing (mind you not very many), and it kind of adds more to the mysteriousness of his role. Nice-

You know, if there's a villain out there that doesn't wear a full face mask, but should... it's the guy who's insignia is a freakin' question mark.
Very neat concept. And the question mark scythe is just one of those beautifully forehead-slapping 'why didn't I think of that' things. Very cool and unique take on the guy.
