Description
"turf" was a collaboration with Kevin Schmidt at LA ArtPark on Sunset Blvd. in Echo Park. It was a full scale basket-woven Sherman M4A1 tank on top of a live grass cube. This installation ran for a while and received mention in the L.A. Times. This piece is from 2002.Related content

That's not a very effective tank. A flame-thrower could take that thing out.
